6. After the unit is secured, we coordinate the deposit cheque and keys exchange along with assisting you with any other minor pre-occupancy tasks.

1. Call or email us your specifications.
   Price Range, Location (Street Boundaries, Areas, Neighbourhoods or Specific Buildings), Size (Bedrooms or Square Footage), Occupancy Date, Parking Requirements, Other Specifications (Balcony, Finishes, Amenities, etc.)
    

2. One of our Sales Representatives will send you a detailed list with information and pictures of every available vacancy within your specifications.
   Our Sales Representatives are familiar with most buildings and areas in Toronto, and are happy to provide their recommendations on what will work best for you.
    

3. You are encouraged to browse through the vacancy list and inform our Sales Representatives of any rentals that you would like to view.
   You may select as many units as you wish.
   Our Sales Representatives are available to answer any preliminary questions that you may have pertaining to any of the vacancies.
    

4. Our Sales Representatives will then arrange to acquire and send you in-depth video tours of every vacancy that you have selected.
   You will then be able to select which vacancy you would like to acquire.
    

5. Our Sales Representative will prepare and send you all of the nessessary paperwork to secure the rental.
   Our Sales Representatives can usually secure you the rental of your choice within 24 hours. It is advised that you have your credit report and a piece of employment reference material prepared. Employment reference material can include an Employment Letter, an Employment Contract or even a recent Pay Stub.
    

6. After the unit is secured; our Sales Representative will assist you with all of the pre-occupancy tasks.
   Coordinating the deposit exchange, coordinating the key exchange, assisting with the move-in registration procedures, answering any questions or providing any information pertaining to the rental.
    

7. You move in and enjoy.
